If you would like to use your insurance benefits, you may check your coverage details and copay amounts by creating an account in Headway. I use Headway as my platform for billing and telehealth appointments. Headway also securely houses my informed consent documents and mental health assessments.

Do you work with children?

I do not possess the training, experience or expertise to work with people under the age of 18.

Do you offer in-person or telehealth?

My office is located near downtown Phoenix. My preference is to meet in person for couples sessions and at least for the initial intake session when working with an individual. If telehealth is preferrable, we can meet virtually as long as you are physically located in the state of Arizona during our session.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please email, text or call if you need to cancel a session. You may also access the appointment calendar through Headway to change your appointment. If I do not receive 24 hours advance notice, you will be charged up to $150 for the missed session.
